Identify the needs of the school
We can arrange meetings with the Head of Sport, Head Teacher or Uniform Coordinator. Accompany you on the appointment to identify their needs, taking into consideration the type of sport participation, ethos and culture of the school, and of course the overall spend for parents. We can offer a wide range of products from stock, or the more discerning can choose from our Made to Order ranges.
Design of the Garments
After taking a design brief, your Account Manager will either arrange design boards, or use our AKOA online kit builder to provide visuals of their chosen kit (including all logos, printing etc.). This support drives the decision making process, and reduces the length of time it can take for sign off.
Once the kit has been approved, we will provide assistance with forecasting demand, distribution options, and order placement. We will send you updates on the progress of your orders and keep you abreast of all new product introductions.
We understand how problematic it can be when you are advised by a school that you are no longer the stockist, and/or they have decided to change their sports kit, leaving you with stock you may have little chance to sell.
Your AKOA account manager can assist with your reviews, smoothing out any concerns and evaluating any changes to their requirements.
