The temperatures are dropping and the evenings are closing in, and for some of us that makes training that little bit more difficult. That’s why we’ve developed a range of training wear to help keep you warm in the winter and make facing those chilly mornings that little bit less of a chore. As well as ensuring you have the right kind of training wear to face the elements, these useful tips can also help keep you motivated until the sunnier temperatures return again:
- Try and train with a friend, knowing your meeting someone can be the motivator to get you up and out the door
- Try and train during daylight hours, not only is the sun at its warmest but vitamin D levels will be at their highest too
- Make sure your prepared, if your trying to fit in an early morning class then pack your gym wear the night before, this gives you one less excuse for cancelling
- If you can’t face working out outdoors then why not try something new, your local gym will have a wide range of indoor classes you could try
